I remember that ...
I remember that terrible day 65m years ago when the meteorite struck. The whole Earth burned for weeks on end. Molten rock rained from the skys. I had to swim through a dreadful tsunami that pretty much swamped my tent. Over the next few? years a terrible 'nuclear winter' killed most large beasts. I lived off their meat for a while, but was then reduced to eating ferns & other tasteless vegetation. The whole experience has blighted my life, leading to poor self-esteem & need for counselling.
